Product description

114 Series Boiler Tube Expander for Expanding and Beading

The 114 Series is a compact boiler tube expander for expanding and beading boiler tubes, waterwall tubes, downcomer tubes, economizer, riser, and air heater tubes. The integrated 40° beading flare allows for tube fastening and controlled flaring of the tube end in a single operation.

Overlapping rolls prevent scoring and shoulders in the tube. The rolls are self-retaining in the cage, allowing the tube expander to be inserted through small handholes and headers. A version for parallel expansion is available upon request.
