900 Series Tube Expanders for Small Tube Diameters

The 900 series tube expanders are designed for precise expansion of small tubes in heat exchangers, oil coolers, condensers and similar apparatus. They cover tube internal diameters from 3.8 mm to 8.4 mm and are particularly suitable for tube outside diameters of 1/4" and 3/8".

The series is designed as a proven working tool for small tube diameters. Depending on the tube sheet thickness, versions with 19.05 mm or 31.75 mm roller length are available. This allows the expander to be selected to match the adjustment range A to B.
