ABF3 Series Boiler Tube Expanders with Bearing and 30° Flare

The ABF3 Series combines the 30° flaring geometry of the AF3 Series with an integrated bearing. This reduces friction build-up and drive resistance, allowing for smoother expansion cycles, more consistent processing, and extended tool life.

The robust design with self-retained caged rolls is designed for expanding and flaring boiler tube ends. Overlapping flaring rolls prevent scoring and shoulders on the tube. The series is particularly suitable for productive applications where tube ends need to be reliably expanded and formed simultaneously.
