AF3 Series Tube Expanders with 30° Flaring
The AF3 series is designed for applications where tubes need to be expanded and simultaneously flared at a 30° angle. It is particularly suitable for heat exchangers, boilers, condensers, air preheaters, and other industrial tube sheet applications.
Overlapping flaring rolls reduce grooves and shoulders on the tube. The rolls are self-retaining in the cage. The robust, proven design allows for uniform tube expansion for small to medium quantities.

Replacement rollers, mandrels, and drives
