The SBH series balancers from hytool.de are designed for continuous industrial use and enable ergonomic and precise handling of tools and loads. Thanks to constant weight compensation, the connected tool is guided almost weightlessly, achieving exact work processes and significantly relieving the operator. Especially in assembly, production, and mechanical engineering, SBH balancers increase efficiency and process reliability.

The robust construction with durable spring mechanisms ensures high operational reliability, even in multi-shift operation. Thanks to finely adjustable load capacity, different tools can be flexibly integrated. The compact design and easy installation allow for use in various work environments – from production lines to maintenance.

Features and workmanship:

• Balancers are designed according to DIN 15112.
• Housing made of high-strength, powder-coated die-cast aluminum for a robust overall construction.
• Manual locking of the cable drum for easy cable change or load change.
• The special spring inside the balancer ensures almost uniform weight compensation over the entire cable extension length.
• Easy cable change without disassembling the housing through a narrow slot in the main body on many models.
• Spring packages with spring break protection as a separate unit in a closed sheet metal housing for improved handling during assembly and disassembly. This reduces the risk of injury.
• Cable guide made of wear-resistant plastic to protect the cable and the main body from damage for an increased service life of the balancer. The cable guide can be installed without prior cable disassembly.
• Easily readable load indicator for checking the spring force setting.
• Attachment points on the upper and lower side of the balancer for attaching additional safety chains. This prevents the balancer or the attached load from accidentally falling.
