Hand Pumps for Single-Acting Cylinders
Hand pumps are easy to operate, energy-independent and designed for a maximum operating pressure of 700 bar, ensuring that each connected hydraulic cylinder achieves its maximum force.
To ensure a quick workflow, Yale offers almost exclusively 2-stage hand pumps (with rapid traverse). The changeover from the 1st to the 2nd stage occurs automatically. These hand pumps are characterized by their solid construction (all-metal design), high efficiency (optimal suction/pumping behavior), and good handling (carrying eyelet on the hand lever).
Practical details such as the large, easy-to-grip release valve, bleed/oil fill screw, stable, slightly inclined tank, and ergonomic handle complete the b equipment and workmanship.
Features and Workmanship
- Operating pressure max. 700 bar.
- Two-stage with rapid traverse, automatic changeover (except HPS-1/0.7 A).
- Large tank volumes.
- With pressure relief valves, externally adjustable.
- Finely adjustable release valve.
- Solid all-metal construction.
- HPH pumps are equipped with a 4-way valve and a finely adjustable release valve.
- Oil connection thread 3/8 NPT.
- Including oil filling. user-friendly equipment.
Optional
- Pressure gauges and suitable adapters are available as additional equipment.
