Our I-beam trolleys are robustly constructed and made of alloy steel. High-quality roller bearings allow the trolley to move effortlessly on the I-beam. Whether in welding workshops, assembly lines, workshops, or at home in the hobby workshop. The I-beam trolley is an ideal addition to our spring balancers. Laterally mounted rubber buffers cushion collisions with other trolleys or end stops.

The trolley can be adjusted to the specified beam widths by adjusting the rollers.

Technical Overview

• The SIT-70 trolley is designed to carry loads up to 70kg. It is compatible with IPE 80 and IPE 140 profiles.
• The SIT-250 trolley is designed to carry loads up to 250kg. It is compatible with IPE 140 and IPE 240 profiles.
• The SIT-500 trolley is designed to carry loads up to 500 kg. It is compatible with IPE 80 and IPE 140 profiles.
• The SIT-1000 trolley is designed to carry loads up to 1000 kg. It is compatible with IPE 80 and IPE 140 profiles. (Note: for a load of 1000kg, the span of an IPE 80 must not exceed 1 meter!)
