hyTool's SIT series I-beam trolleys are robust, alloy steel trolleys designed for the safe and smooth movement of balancers, tools, and loads on I-beams. High-quality roller bearings enable effortless movement along the beam, making these trolleys suitable for welding shops, assembly lines, workshops, maintenance, and demanding hobby applications.
Robust Addition for Spring Balancers
SIT trolleys are a sensible addition to spring balancers and weight compensators. Tools can be moved flexibly along the I-beam and positioned directly above the workstation. This improves reach, reduces changeover times, and supports ergonomic workflows in assembly and production.

Note: The load capacity of the trolley does not replace a static test of the beam, suspension, and overall system. The permissible load always depends on the beam profile, span, fastening, and application.
Important Note on SIT-1000 and IPE 80
When loaded with 1000 kg, the span of an IPE 80 beam must not exceed 1 m according to the given specification. Before use, the load capacity of the entire structure must be checked by a qualified person.
